I was disappointed with this. The fabric feels cheap, and after just a little use, the seams started coming apart. For the price, I expected better quality.

I ordered this dress last week because the photos made it look really nice, but when it showed up a few days later, it was disappointing. The colour wasn’t the same as the pictures, and the fabric felt much thinner than I expected. I tried it on that evening and the fit looked nothing like it did on the model. it felt kind of misleading

My parcel arrived ripped and the box was badly crushed, like it had been tossed around a lot or... I don’t know, just not great to receive it like that.

I ordered from DV8 and the shipping was a bit of a shambles. The tracking just sat there doing nothing for days, then randomly changed without really explaining where the parcel was. I kept checking it like I check the weather before hanging washing out, which is probably too often, but still.
It ended up arriving much later than I expected, and I had to do the chasing myself to figure out what was going on. It’s annoying when you’ve already paid for delivery and still feel like you’re the one doing the work. I get delays happen, but a decent update would’ve made a big difference.

The clothes themselves might be perfectly fine, and I do usually like browsing their stuff when I’m supposed to be doing something else, but the delivery experience really put me off. Not sure I’d rush to order again unless they sorted the shipping side out

I ordered a few things from DV8 Fashion and most of it showed up correct. One top was the wrong size though even though my order had the right size on it. Delivery was fine and the clothes were alright but it was a bit annoying having to sort out the mistake. Not a terrible experience but I’d definitely check everything when it arrives.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. Every time I contact support, it’s a slow reply with something like, “we’re looking into it” or “it should be processed soon,” but nothing actually happens. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again...

I ordered an item because the website clearly showed it was in stock, so I figured it was safe to go ahead with the purchase. I don't think that's unreasonable on my part. Then I got told later that it actually wasn't available, which was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. If something is listed as in stock, customers should be able to trust that. They really need to keep the site updated better...

I really wanted to like the website, but wow, it felt like I was battling it the whole time. When they finally did reply, it was some tiny copy-paste “Helpful Support Hero” message that didn’t actually solve anything. Really annoying experience, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

My click and collect order ended up being ready late, and I didn’t get any clear updates about what was going on. When I asked, it felt like I just got the usual policy excuse instead of any real help. Frustrating experience overall

The sizing felt right to me, and the fit was accurate. I was kind of expecting it to be off, but.....

The promo looked good at first, but once I got to checkout, the discount barely took anything off. I don’t know, something feels off when a deal sounds better than it actually is.
